You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Individuals under guardianship, court order restrictions, or deemed legally incompetent may not register or use ka789 services.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
ka789 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address, and a selfie photograph holding your identity document. First-time withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party, allow others to access your account, or use another person's account. You must keep your account information current and accurate. If your email address, phone number, residential address, or banking details change, you must update your account information promptly. ka789 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: Rp 50,000 for major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Maximum single deposit limits are Rp 100,000,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000,000 for e-wallets. Daily and monthly deposit limits may apply based on account status and verification level.
Bank transfer deposits from BCA and BRI typically clear within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM Western Indonesia Time). Deposits from other banks may take 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the issuing bank's processing systems. E-wallet deposits are instant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds transferred from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed, any associated winnings voided, and potential account suspension. All bonuses offered by ka789 are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods. By claiming or accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by these specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called rollover or turnover requirement) that must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. After account termination, you remain bound by these Terms & Conditions with respect to activities that occurred prior to termination. All provisions regarding limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and intellectual property survive termination.
